@rhacedayrhae and I are arguing about who trains harder. Luckily we can settle this argument empirically, with charts. As everybody knows, an important part to every argumen is
saying it with charts (Thanks
Loren).
Anyway, we weren't really arguing, but here's my side of the story (click to enlarge):

I arranged the chart to start totaling on November 1st of the previous year, mostly because I started riding with a power meter in August of 2005, but didn't really hit the training hard until that November, so that is the start of the earliest full year for which I have data.
I'll fill in some details later... talk amongst yourselves...

Why does her name come first in the household? I mean just curious. It could be the Lanae household and that sounds nice too.
I like 2010. Cause not only did you ride lots of hours. But I can see that you also rode even more miles per hour. Aka faster. #chartwizard
